This certification reflects our commitment to serving food that nourishes pupils while demonstrating our commitment to climate, nature and health. It independently verifies the quality of what we serve every day, from farm to plate.

Our menus are thoughtfully created and freshly prepared by our talented chefs, who are passionate about bringing the best ingredients to life. Every dish is free from artificial additives, trans fats and GM ingredients, and we take great care in sourcing responsibly. From farm-assured meat that meets high welfare standards, to free range eggs and sustainably sourced fish, every element is chosen with integrity. By embracing seasonality and working closely with our trusted suppliers, we ensure our food not only tastes exceptional but reduces the environmental impact of our menus.
Across our schools, we serve thousands of meals each day and each one an opportunity to inspire a lifelong appreciation of good food. Achieving the Bronze award across all sites is a testament to the dedication of our teams, who consistently go above and beyond to deliver meals that are fresh, balanced and full of flavour.
