Gender Pay Gap Report

Publish: 10/03/2026

Last Reviewed: 23/03/2026

Our Results

We recognise that our gender pay gap has widened from 2023.

We acknowledge that our gender pay gap has widened from 2023 from 22.04% (mean), but improved in median from 22.43% to 17.09%.

We also acknowledge that our gender bonus gap has widened significantly in 2024, from 19.83% (mean) and no median gap in 2023 to 28.92% (mean) and 41.98 (median).

The 2024 pay gap is largely linked to where men hold a greater proportion of the higher earning roles in leadership C Suite roles.

Whilst we are disappointed in our 2024 results, we remain committed to providing an inclusive and diverse place of work, where individuals from underrepresented groups can learn, development and have a successful career.

Our Gender Pay Report details the active employees within legislation requirements of 2979.
