Allergy management
with your child in mind
We support schools and families so every child with allergies, intolerances, or medical diets can eat safely each day, feeling confident, included, and comfortable, while building positive food experiences at school.
How we manage allergens
and dietary needs
Every school is different, and so is every child. We build allergen and dietary protocols around your school's specific requirements, working closely with parents, pastoral teams, and medical staff to get it right.

Championing
Allergy Awareness
We’re committed to destigmatising allergies and creating inclusive dining spaces.
By proudly supporting Wear It Bright for Anaphylaxis Awareness, we spark conversation, build understanding, and help every student feel safe and confident at mealtimes.
Being your
allergy ally
Supporting pupils with allergies is central to our commitment to safe, inclusive dining. As Allergy Allies, we create spaces where every young person feels understood, protected, and confident at mealtimes.
We encourage pupils to talk to us about their allergies and look for our Allergy Champion pink badges whenever they need support.
A collaborative
approach
We encourage a collaborative approach, inviting pupils and parents to meet with the catering manager to discuss any specific dietary requirements.
This meeting helps families understand how we manage allergens in the kitchen and supports pupils in feeling confident about what to expect at service.
Our highest priority
is your child’s safety and wellbeing
We manage allergens through a combination of robust systems, specialist training and individual care. Our friendly and personalised approach are key to making us your child’s allergy ally.
Our tried and tested methods
We gather accurate, up‑to‑date allergy and dietary information from schools.
Our nutritionally guided menus reflect pupils’ needs, and we consider allergens at every stage, using clear communication at service to support.
Allergy Champions in your school
Allergen champions are specially trained and equipped to ensure a safe dining experience.
They wear a pink badge so children and staff can easily identify allergen champions, providing reassurance that the meals served are safe.
Plated meals designed around your child
If an allergy requires additional focus, we may recommend a plated meal, involving meals designed and tailored to their allergy profile.
These meals are produced separately and served directly to the pupil.
