Healthy Eating Champion – Foodservice Catey Award

The Foodservice Cateys are an annual awards ceremony, run by hospitality magazine The Caterer. The ceremony took place at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge on Friday 12th October. The awards evening is attended by hundreds of people from the food service industry, and recognises the individual trailblazers and innovative companies going above and beyond.   

Focus on food: Vitamin D

An essential nutrient, but one we need to pay attention to during the winter months! Vitamin D helps to regulate the amount of calcium and phosphate in the body; nutrients which help to keep our bones, teeth and muscles healthy.
