Lucy is an experienced operator with a long background in hospitality. Years spent developing F&B concepts for airports across the world has grown her love and interest in food.

Lucy’s belief that all children should foster a healthy relationship with food from a young age drives her vision to ensure Holroyd Howe retain their position, not only as market leaders in catering within the independent sector, but also as educators of children in the importance of the relationship between gut and mind. Internal succession and empowering people to be the best versions of themselves is a value which Lucy holds dear and she drives an agenda with training at the core.
