The essential ingredient at the heart of our business is our people so we are searching for an experienced Assistant Catering Manager with a background in exceptional food catering services to join our business and work at one of our highly prestigious education settings based in Harrogate – HG2 9JP.

This role is the perfect opportunity for a proven hands on Assistant Manager or Front of House Supervisor looking to make the next step up in their career . This opportunity would suit you if you want to retain and adapt your skill set to the challenging education sector, whilst adjusting to a more sociable work life balance within the catering industry.
Working alongside & supporting the Location Manager your duties will encompass all aspects of the catering provision here at the college, from assisting set up & service areas to financial control & staff training.
We are a team of experienced professionals who tailor our catering service provision specifically to suit children of all ages in order to meet the bespoke requirements of each school.


Working to support the Location Manager in both day to day administration, supervising staff and service innovation, 5 days over 7, you will be involved in a great kitchen environment and facilities, using modern techniques and always looking at developing the food and service offer.


This role will play an active part in developing the food offer and service for the whole school community, providing fun, fresh and nutritious food at breakfast, lunch and supper services.

• Have worked in a similar environment at a management level possessing excellent supervisory and communication skills

• Have excellent Health & Safety knowledge
