What will you need?
An ambition to grow within a fast-paced environment
Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and word packages
Three years experience in a bid management role experience within food services is required
Creative writing skills
Comfortable working within a rapidly changing environment
High level of speed and accuracy
Flexibility to work around deadlines and to be highly organised
Ability to build professional relationships and good interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and be calm under pressure
Knowledge in design or desire to learn the software
What will you be doing?
Will have their own assigned fits which they will manage with our sales team on an going basis and support teams in developing their approach for longer term opportunities
Manage the tender process through all the stages and collaborate with the sales at operations teams to create innovative best in class tender documents
Work with sales and operations professionals graphic design team and fellow big team members to ensure an on time completion a high level of quality
Deliver completed quality written proposal responses and review against agreed deadlines escalating issues as required
Prepare proposals and responses from a variety of stakeholders typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, IT, culinary, finance, commercial, and operations
Direct contribution of text to proposal documents and presentations, relating to our differentiations and competitive advantages including creative writing where required
Understand the key tender win themes or differentiators so that they are reflected within the proposal
