As a Chef De Partie you will…
As well as having excellent presentation, communication, and management skills, you will be able to demonstrate a real passion for food and service and possess bags of enthusiasm.
• Ideally have experience working within Education catering
• Have a progressive career to date
• Be up to date with current food trends
• Have a real passion for food and customer service
• Have good Health & Safety knowledge
• Be able to work within set budgets
• Know how to cost and plan menus accurately

Frensham is a wonderful school in the heart of the Surry countryside catering for up to 600 for lunch and 70 boarders on a weekly basis. We have 6 weeks of Lets in the summer and can do up to 12 Wedding each year too. We are looking for a committed and passionate chef to join our amazing Team.
