As a Finance and Administration, Bookeeper you will…

As well as having an excellent presentation, organisational and communication skills, you will be able to demonstrate a real passion for food & service and possess bags of enthusiasm.

• Have a general understanding of processing invoices, delivery notes, accruals and credits
• Have a detailed approach to managing finances and keeping good records
• Work as part of a management team to support with all aspects of finance and admin including health and safety records, personnel files, financial reporting and hospitality bookings.
• Be a good communicator and have an excellent telephone manner
• Knowledge of catering would be a strength but not essential
• Happy to assist with other areas of catering if required – full training will be provided
• Be financially astute with good understanding of GP calculation and have strong IT literacy
• Be driven by excellence
