The essential ingredient at the heart of our business is our people so we are searching for an experienced Chef De Partie with a background in exceptional food catering services to join our business and work at one of our highly prestigious education settings based in Rowledge – GU10 4EA.

This is a wonderful opportunity to join our exciting environment and Team at Frensham Heights.

This position is 37.5 hours per week working a 5/7 shift pattern with some evening work and weekend work too. Hours range from 0700- 1500 or 1145 -1945; 46.5 weeks per year.

We cater for 100 boarders, 550 day students and 120 staff. We cover a broad range from Nursery & Reception up to Year 13. Out of term we cater for fine dining, weddings and Summer Lets .

You will need to have your own transport for this position due to the schools location which is stunning but not on a bus or train route.

Our ideal candidate would be really a demi chef or chef de partie who’d like to grow within a fantastic business environment and must be interested in all things foodie and hospitality and be happy to work in a Team.

• Ideally have experience working within Education catering
• Have a progressive career to date
• Be up to date with current food trends
• Have a real passion for food and customer service
• Have good Health & Safety knowledge
• Be able to work within set budgets
• Know how to cost and plan menus accurately
