As a Sous Chef you will…

As well as having an excellent presentation, organisational and communication skills, you will be able to demonstrate a real passion for food & service and possess bags of enthusiasm.

• Ideally have experience working in fine dining, contract catering, events, hotels, retail catering
• Have a varied and high quality career to date
• Be up to date with current food trends
• Have a real passion for food and customer service
• Able to work safely and with a good understanding of HACCP and Health & Safety
• Be able to work within set budgets
• Know how to lead and manage a team
• Create appealing dishes with excellent flavours, aromas and present them well
• Our clientele are 700 residential post grad students aged 21-25 predominantly – We are not a school or college
• We also run a 4* hotel breakfast and cater for internal and external events from a small meeting to a formal black tie dinner.
