Equality and dignity in the workplace.

Like any responsible employer, we believe everyone is entitled to equality and dignity at work regardless of age, faith, gender, ethnicity and/or nationality. And as part of our diversity and inclusion strategy, we are committed to ensuring all employees are treated with respect. Always.
As part of our ongoing commitment to creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace, we have launched a company-wide employee survey aimed at gaining deeper insights into the experiences of our workforce. This important initiative reflects our belief that listening to our people is essential in shaping a better working environment for everyone.
The survey is being conducted by an independent external organisation, ensuring that all responses remain 100% confidential. By using a third-party provider, we are encouraging everyone to share their honest feedback anonymously, without concern for judgement or repercussions. This approach helps to create a safe space where every voice can be heard and valued.
Through this process, we aim to better understand the diverse range of experiences and perspectives across our teams. We recognise that many different factors—such as communication, support, leadership, recognition, wellbeing, and inclusion—can influence how people feel at work. By gathering this feedback directly from our employees, we will gain valuable insights into what we are doing well and where there may be opportunities to improve.
This survey is not just a data-gathering exercise; it is a vital part of our wider strategy to safeguard and support the wellbeing of every individual in our organisation. The findings will help inform future decisions, shape initiatives, and guide our ongoing efforts to build a workplace culture where everyone feels respected, engaged, and empowered.
We’re committed to listening, learning, and taking meaningful action. Because when our people thrive, so does our organisation.
Thank you to all staff who take the time to share their views—we genuinely appreciate your input and look forward to using it to drive positive change.
