Caroline joined Holroyd Howe from our parent company WSH, and heads up Operations and Business Development throughout Scotland.  Born in East Lothian, she has a wealth of local knowledge and a passion for Scottish food and drink.

Eloisa has a passion for both people and food. With almost ten years’ experience within independent schools, she’s a big believer in continuous improvement and challenges her team in the South East to both improve standards and have the confidence to do things differently.

Janine Swales

Janine looks after the South East and believes her team is her secret ingredient “They genuinely care; from creating brilliant food concepts and boarders’ entertainment, to engaging with our parent’s community and actively listening to the school needs”.

Ben Cook

Ben is an exceptional executive chef, full of creative energy. He has worked in contract catering, Hotels, Michelin star restaurants and large events for over 20 years. With his teams, he introduces and drives innovative food initiatives throughout the business to achieve fantastic food standards.

Callum Curtis-Bennett

With over 15 years’ experience in operational roles, Callum loves working with his catering teams to nurture and harness their potential, whilst embracing their individuality.

Graham Olds

Graham looks after our South West and Wales regions with a team absolutely dedicated to hospitality, with fresh food at the heart of what we do. This is under-written by the positive culture and spirit which is Holroyd Howe.
