Janine looks after the South East and believes her team is her secret ingredient “They genuinely care; from creating brilliant food concepts and boarders’ entertainment, to engaging with our parent’s community and actively listening to the school needs”.
Ben is an exceptional executive chef, full of creative energy. He has worked in contract catering, Hotels, Michelin star restaurants and large events for over 20 years. With his teams, he introduces and drives innovative food initiatives throughout the business to achieve fantastic food standards.
Melissa manages our London and Home Counties regions with her team, and enjoys knowing that everyone she works with genuinely cares about providing a brilliant service.
